Triebaumer Sauvignon Blanc 2023

A brilliant straw-yellow with a nose of elderflower, guava and jostaberry, red and yellow bell pepper and grapefruit. Dry with delicate fruit, good acidity, and a remarkably creamy texture. On the palate, flavours of gooseberry, maracuja. redcurrant and pomelo. This is complex, persistent, well structured and animated.
