Whitebox Dirty Martini

This classic savoury cocktail is a challenge to some palates and a treat to others.

This combines charcoal-filtered British wheat vodka with herbaceous dry vermouth before being “dirtied” with green olive brine. At 34% abv, the balance of salty brine cuts through the snappy clarity of the wheat vodka to finish with a moreish, lingering salinity. The ABV allows this to be stored in the freezer so you can pour a perfectly chilled dirty martini every time.

Best served ice cold from the freezer, poured into a Nick & Nora or Martini glass with an olive garnish.
