Capel Vale Debut Cabernet Merlot

The bouquet shows notes of mulberries and cassis, black fruits, capsicum and sweetly aromatic leaf. A supply structured palate exhibiting sweet fruit flavours, currants blackberry and plums. Barrel fermentation infuses the wine with a delicious mouthful of chocolate and cedar notes on the ripe finish.
