Zolla Salice Salentino 2020

Bright ruby colour and intense aroma, fruity with hints of cherry, plum and pomegranate, spicy notes and Mediterranean herbs. Well structured, quite warm, soft, savoury and with a pleasant freshness in the finish. Excellent with salami and cold cuts, robust first courses, red meats and cheeses.
