Gutsy Monkey is a full-bodied, rich and smooth spiced gin, with subtle citrus and complex aromatic highlights. We use bold, earthy croatian juniper, fresh lime zest, fresh ginger and fresh thyme, a gorgeous jamaican allspice, coriander seed, black pepper and a touch of cumin for warmth.
We found the inspiration for Gutsy Monkey by distilling Jon The Butcher’s Spice Mix at one of our infamous tasting parties. After balancing some of the herbs and spices (going really easy on the cumin!).
