You may well not need us to tell you how good Silent Pool Gin is if you’ve visited us over the past couple of years. Since arriving on our shelves it quickly became our bestselling gin, winning a loyal fanbase with its winning combination of local craft, beautiful presentation and, above all, superb quality.

A rich and clean juniper driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile, notes of citrus and kaifer lime, grounded with the subtle sweetness of local honey.

Distilled just a few miles from us in Albury, Silent Pool draws on a palette of 24 different botanicals. Delicate lavender and chamomile combine with velvety local honey and fresh spring water from the Silent Pool itself to fashion a gin that’s classic in style but with a modern, moreish character all its own. And with its eyecatching bottle, it also happens to look as good as it tastes!

To ensure you’re the host with the most – or guest with the best – we recommend serving it with a generous scoop of ice, a little (but not too much) tonic and an orange-peel garnish.
