Paul Cluver Seven Flags Pinot Noir is a combination of vineyard and barrel selection, and is the ultimate expression of the estate’s terroir from winemaker Andries Burger. The nose holds a combination of red berry, spice, mushrooms and dark chocolate which continues through to the palate Structured and poised, with a tantalizing mineral core, this wine has amazing length and complexity with great freshness lifting the fruit. The natural acidity makes it a perfect partner with a diversity of dishes. Game fish, game birds and venison work very well, as does grilled beef and strong, hard cheese.
