Kleine Zalze’s Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is the estate’s premium Cabernet; striking the perfect balance between new world opulence and old world elegance. Kleine Zalze’s Family Reserve range is the estate’s flagship wines, for which grapes are selected from exceptional quality single vineyards on their farm. Family Reserve wines are available in limited quantities and only produced in exceptional vintages. The fruit was sourced from just two specific vineyard blocks on the farm and a good balance of fruit concentration and elegance was achieved with very little intervention. A brilliant example of how great Stellenbosch Cabernet can be.

An intense bouquet of cassis and currants give way to a full-bodied palate of opulent dark fruit. The fine grained tannin profile gives this wine great structure, yet without compromising Kleine Zalze’s signature elegance.
