This Saint-Amour is a blend between different vineyards of the PDO with granite clay soils.
Supple and fruity, its colour is deep garnet. The nose provides hints of fresh black fruits and spices. On the palate, it offers great balance between finesse and character.
It unveils its aromatic potential when served between 15 and 16°C. It is a perfect match for dishes such as cured meats, lamb leg, cheese platters or strawberries with wiped cream.
