The 2018 DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon offers scents of dark chocolate, liquorice and blackberries, with a touch of cedar.
Its silky palate is nicely integrated with hints of toasty oak, mineral and forest floor. Flavours of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and cocoa are underscored by accents of blueberry and raspberry. A full-bodied finish that promises excellent age-worthiness.
Perfect paired with steak, roast lamb, beef short ribs, Portabello mushrooms, and cheese.
