Description
Made from a single plot of forty-five year old vines just at the back of Ambroise’s house in Premeaux-Prissey, this is a little cracker every year. This exact strip is the wrong side of the fence from the slope of Nuits-Saint-Georges, but it lies on a long ridge of higher ground, giving it a superb weight for a Bourgogne.
This is a delicious mix of black currants, brambles and heady compote with clean tannins elegantly holding the wine together.
